We have a self-distancing policy in the shop where only one person or family group can be in the shop at any one time. Please wait outside until the shop is empty. There is hand sanitiser available outside for all customers to use before they come in. We also ask that all customers wear masks inside the shop for everyone's safety.
When packing up goods that have been ordered from the website, we operate a very clean and safe policy and orders are dealt with by a staff of only 2 people.
We aim to despatch your goods within 3 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability) but we'll try to get it done the next day if we can of course!
UK Delivery charges are £4.00 for orders under thirty pounds and free within the United Kingdom after that. If the parcel weighs more than 2 kilograms, it will be sent second class post. Full details of international shipping options follows below.

We try to re-use packaging as much as possible to cut down on waste.
We aim to always have items in stock, however there may be occasions when an item is not available after ordering and we will inform you as soon as possible that this is the case.
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase but understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item and we aim to keep the process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are not happy please return it to us, in the original packaging, within 10 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in perfect condition.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us with 48 hours of receipt and we arrange a refund for the postage as well as the item itself
We strongly advise goods are returned by registered post and you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We will process all refunds within 7 days.
